The Counselor/Therapist – Substance Use Recovery works onsite in Eldon, MO, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $27.78–$39.29 per hour. The role is part of Compass Health Network’s Adult Outpatient team, supporting adults with mental health and substance use challenges. The counselor or therapist provides person-centered, integrated care to help clients improve daily functioning and wellbeing. Through therapy, assessment, treatment planning, crisis support, and coordination with other providers, the role contributes to clients’ recovery and continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adults
• coordinate referrals, waitlists, and client care, particularly in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable
• conduct clinical assessments and collaborate on treatment plans
• provide triage during Open Access hours when needed
• deliver culturally competent services
• maintain timely documentation
• coordinate with internal and external providers
• offer daytime crisis intervention per agency protocol
• participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance
• provide licensure supervision if applicable.
