What you'll do

• Coordinate daily work schedules and ensure assigned tasks and customer-directed projects are completed to quality standards
• evaluate employee performance and document corrective action when appropriate
• coordinate site inventory needs with corporate purchasing
• work with the operations manager on staffing and schedules
• lead technician and team-leader meetings about job safety analysis and related topics
• identify, analyze, and resolve operational problems
• conduct annual reviews of direct reports and recommend merit increases
• document attendance, completed and incomplete work, customer requests, and shift status
• address employee relations issues.
