Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Stone Mountain Center-Based

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is hybrid and in person in Stone Mountain, GA, with in-person services at the Norcross location and/or assigned service locations as client and clinical needs require. Pay is $100,000–$105,000 per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus after the 90-day probationary period. Applied ABC provides data-driven ABA therapy for children and families. The BCBA maintains a caseload, leads behavior technicians, and delivers individualized, evidence-based services. Assessment, treatment planning, supervision, caregiver training, and progress monitoring support meaningful clinical progress for children and families.

What you'll do

• Maintain an active caseload
• conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland assessments
• develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies including Behavior Skills Training
• train parents and caregivers
• collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
• analyze data and adjust programming
• support behavioral crisis situations
• maintain clinical documentation and comply with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.

Why this role

Requires active BCBA certification, a master’s degree in ABA or a related field, current 8-hour supervision certificate, Georgia LBA where required, and experience with assessments, treatment plans, and supervising RBTs. This is not a fully remote position.
