What you'll do

• Perform Certified Haas Annual Maintenance Programs
• troubleshoot machine issues onsite
• respond to service needs within the stated under-24-hour standard
• complete inspections and service reports
• provide feedback to factory teams
• collaborate with factory support and inside service teams
• track expenses and maintenance paperwork
• travel to customer sites up to 80% of the month between Monday and Friday.
