What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, dental care, bowel and bladder functions, activities, appointment reminders, and basic room care
• record vital signs, weights, and measurements
• observe and report skin breakdown and changes in condition
• review care plans
• prepare residents for meals and provide after-meal care
• maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ rights
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• provide table service and light housekeeping
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• attend training and staff meetings.
