The Registered Nurse (RN), Outpatient role is onsite in Carmel, NY, with pay of $40–$44 per hour. This is a part-time position; the listed schedule is Mondays 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with other days varying. Arms Acres is seeking an RN for its outpatient facility. The nurse provides and coordinates patient care, including assessment, treatment planning, medication administration, detoxification procedures, and documentation. The role works with the multidisciplinary and medical teams to support patient treatment and transitions to the next level of care.

What you'll do

• Assess patients and plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• develop and update treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team
• implement detoxification procedures and administer medications as ordered
• document care and report relevant information
• initiate consultations and assess readiness for transfer
• triage minor injuries and illnesses
• support employee orientation and precepting
• initiate and monitor intravenous care as permitted.
