A+ Production Flex Team Member

Job overview

The A+ Production Flex Team Member role is onsite in Mosinee, WI. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. The role supports multiple production areas across MV Assembly, SV Assembly, Fabrication, and Inventory Control. Through structured training and certification, the team member develops proficiency across manufacturing processes and moves between areas as customer demand and business needs change. This flexible coverage helps maintain production flow, staffing, quality, and operational performance.

What you'll do

• Train and become certified in multiple positions within a value stream
• flex between areas to meet production needs
• perform assembly, fabrication, material handling, and support functions
• follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• adapt to assignments, products, and schedules
• support continuity during absences and demand fluctuations
• assist with training and coaching when appropriate
• identify process-improvement opportunities
• maintain attendance, safety, quality, and performance standards.
