The Legal Operations Program Manager role is onsite in Menlo Park, CA, for a six-month engagement. Pay is $73–$93 per hour. The role supports content litigation operations for Brazil, Brazil Elections, and broader Latin America. The manager oversees operational delivery, compliance risks, deadlines, performance measures, and vendor or contractor case-review work. By partnering with Legal, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders, the role helps turn reactive legal workflows into scalable processes and identifies opportunities for automation.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end content litigation operations for Brazil, Brazil Elections, and broader LATAM
• manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and court-order deadlines
• monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality, case volume, and capacity
• coordinate global contractors and vendors performing case reviews
• improve workflows
• partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders on escalations, trade-offs, root-cause analysis, and automation opportunities.
