What you'll do

• Lead daily branch operations and oversee rental, parts, and equipment staff
• set expectations, delegate, and coach employees
• review financial statements and manage branch profit and loss
• monitor performance and communicate priorities
• manage and forecast equipment, parts, and rental inventory
• conduct audits and inventory reviews
• build customer relationships and resolve escalated concerns
• identify customer needs and revenue opportunities
• partner with accounting on past-due accounts
• enforce policies and safety procedures
• use Point of Rental or similar systems.
