What you'll do

• Enhance and sustain compliance programs
• develop and maintain compliance training
• assist with compliance and enterprise risk monitoring and assessments
• manage risk assessment programs, policies, procedures, training, and testing
• prepare for audits and regulatory examinations
• update and monitor the CRA plan
• coordinate CRA and HMDA compliance and data integrity
• prepare reports for the Board
• participate in committees and special projects.
