The foreman plans and coordinates fabrication and installation work while supervising crews and performing hands-on sheet metal work. The role supports safe, efficient, and quality-focused project delivery through fabrication oversight, field coordination, inspections, documentation, and compliance with project and manufacturer requirements.

What you'll do

• Install and repair sheet metal and metal wall panel systems
• perform field verification, measurements, and layout
• prepare shop drawings and fabrication sketches
• fabricate components and oversee crew output
• coordinate shop activities with project schedules and field needs
• inspect materials and completed fabrication
• document field diagnoses and work
• supervise, train, and mentor crews
• enforce safety and quality standards
• conduct jobsite inspections and prepare daily reports
• travel to jobsites as needed for repairs, inspections, and punch-list work.
