What you'll do

• Design or implement portfolio management operating models, including intake, prioritization, investment decision gates, and governance
• apply agency acquisition, budgetary, and organizational knowledge
• support agile acquisition pathways, including Other Transaction Authorities, rapid prototyping, continuous improvement, and flexible funding
• use agile execution frameworks such as SAFe, PI Planning, and Product Ownership.
