Service Technician I — Property Maintenance

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance work orders and apartment turns
• assist with preventative maintenance
• communicate property needs, resident concerns, and repair solutions to the Service Manager and Community Manager
• meet quality and safety standards
• help maintain tool and supply inventory
• perform grounds upkeep, trash removal, and property inspections
• use AppFolio to track work orders and communication
• participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed
• collaborate with team members and vendors.
