This position supports the Customer Service Center team by acting as the primary liaison between kitchen operations and airline partners to ensure service excellence. This role exists to drive operational efficiency and maintain strong client relationships. The supervisor coordinates daily deliverables, manages inventory, and oversees a team of warehouse staff to ensure all catering requirements are met in accordance with airline standards.
