Senior Property Accountant

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly property financial statements, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• maintain fixed-asset and expense schedules
• support close, audits, tax reporting, budgets, and owner reports
• monitor cash and financial obligations
• manage utility and commercial billing, field payroll, accounts payable and receivable, vendor records, and AppFolio accounting processes
• coordinate with property, regional, and asset managers.
