What you'll do

• Manage Medicare Advantage Part A and Part B billing
• track claims by facility and monitor aging
• research, correct, and resubmit claims
• research payer and private-account balances
• post cash and maintain financial records
• prepare and reconcile cash receipts and deposit reports
• assist with month-end balancing and closing
• review resident statements
• conduct monthly accounts receivable aging reviews
• process insurance crossover claims and hospice billing
• gather audit information
• review admission reports for billing setup
• provide technical support to facility Business Office Managers
• assist with financial review of referrals when needed.
