Bulk Plant Operator

Job overview

The Bulk Plant Operator role is onsite in Windsor, CO, with pay of $19.50–$21.50 per hour. The position supports cementing products and bulk-material delivery to wellsites for an oilfield services company. The operator blends and prepares products to job specifications, coordinates material movement, and maintains quality and safety standards so wellsite deliveries are accurate and timely.

What you'll do

• Blend and mix bulk products according to job program designs
• calculate material quantities before loading
• follow quality-assurance procedures
• coordinate product movement with logistics
• assist with monthly inventory and daily shipping and receiving paperwork
• label and store additives safely
• dispose of empty containers properly
• inspect bulk plant equipment
• participate in job risk analysis and improvement programs
• follow health, safety, and environmental policies and PPE requirements.
