• Provide phone and email support for digital banking products and troubleshoot user issues
• document inquiries and resolutions
• process online banking service requests
• fund and reconcile online-opened accounts and related general ledger entries
• complete assigned reports
• perform user acceptance testing and document defects
• collaborate with internal teams
• apply applicable compliance requirements and review AI-assisted communications and information.
