Facility Maintenance Technician, Semiconductor Manufacturing

What you'll do

• Monitor facility and utility systems through FMCS/BMS platforms
• respond to alarms and utility disruptions
• inspect and perform preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, plumbing, mechanical, and basic electrical systems
• support equipment startup, shutdown, switching, and emergency response
• coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors
• maintain work orders, records, and logs
• follow LOTO and PPE safety procedures.
