What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document processes and requirements
• conduct workshops, interviews, and gap analysis
• translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• analyze and configure PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter processes
• work with developers, architects, QA teams, and product owners
• facilitate Agile ceremonies
• support integration requirements
• maintain workflows, UML diagrams, data mappings, and BRDs/FRDs
• participate in SIT, UAT, and production validation
• analyze defects and coordinate resolution
• support upgrades, migrations, and cloud transformation
• ensure compliance with regulatory and insurance requirements.
