What you'll do

• Review invoices and anticipated deductions in the client portal daily
• obtain supporting information for shortages, returns, pricing, discounts, and freight discrepancies
• code account line items for chargeback and credit clearing in SAP
• reconcile credit balances
• provide customers with accounts receivable status updates
• coordinate with the warehouse team on claims and proof-of-delivery discrepancies
• handle assigned projects and provide weekly updates
• collaborate across departments and escalate issues appropriately.
