What you'll do

• Create and maintain nursing staff schedules across shifts and units
• ensure staffing levels meet state and federal regulations
• coordinate schedule changes, PTO, holidays, call-ins, and coverage
• assist with payroll, attendance, and timesheet accuracy
• maintain staffing records and scheduling software
• support onboarding and scheduling
• communicate updates
• assist with resident appointment scheduling
• provide direct care support within scope when necessary.
