What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with leads, customers, dealers, and Regional Sales Managers through consistent communication
• handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, emails, and in-person discussions
• update and track interactions and contact information in ZOHO CRM
• follow up with leads and dealers
• demonstrate product knowledge and assist with sales
• sell buildings through the online sales order system
• respond to sales inquiries and provide customer and dealer support
• contribute to sales and marketing materials
• support the sales team.
