What you'll do

• Coordinate annual operating budgets with leaders
• develop expense projections and track FTE movements
• analyze vendor spending and submit budget changes
• prepare budget presentations
• review monthly financial performance and month-end close
• prepare journal entries, accruals, and financial reports
• monitor expenses, trends, and variances
• support variance notes and corrective action plans
• present financial and FTE trends at leadership meetings
• manage special projects as assigned.
