Compensation is $0 per year. The Professional Land Surveyor role is onsite, with openings in Pittsburg, McPherson, and Liberal, KS, and the Kansas City metro area. Earles Engineering & Inspection provides civil, structural, environmental, inspection, and surveying services for public and private projects across Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. The surveyor serves as the licensed professional of record, certifies survey deliverables, and provides technical direction to field crews and technicians. The role supports land development, municipal, roadway, utility, and construction projects through accurate surveys, documentation, and coordination with engineers and project managers.

What you'll do

• Review and seal survey plats, legal descriptions, easements, and related documents
• perform and oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and site investigation surveys
• direct and mentor field crews and technicians
• coordinate with engineers and project managers
• prepare property descriptions and record documents
• provide construction staking
• maintain regulatory and quality compliance
• support client relationships and business development.
