What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation guidelines
• set up, stock, and maintain a clean workstation
• monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency
• communicate with kitchen colleagues and leadership
• follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• receive, store, rotate, and label ingredients
• maintain equipment and kitchen areas
• assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed.
