Machine Operator – 1st Shift

The Machine Operator – 1st Shift role is onsite in Henderson, NV. Pay is $21 per hour. Following batch sheets, formulas, and safety procedures helps meet production requirements while minimizing waste and maintaining product specifications.

What you'll do

• Review daily schedules and obtain batch and process sheets
• gather and verify ingredients, labels, and materials
• inspect equipment for cleanliness and foreign objects
• set up and shut down machinery
• mix, cook, or wrap products to specifications
• monitor production parameters and quality
• perform housekeeping and safety checks
• record usage and waste
• report food and employee safety issues
• rotate into packing duties as operational needs dictate.
