On-Call Registered Nurse Care Supervisor

The On-Call Registered Nurse Care Supervisor works in the field and clients’ homes in the Rockland, MA area, earning $34–$39 per hour in a part-time role. Right at Home South Shore’s position supports quality care delivery for its clients. The supervisor assesses prospective clients, develops care plans, onboards clients, trains and supervises caregivers, and counsels clients and families. By monitoring care quality and coordinating with health-related personnel, the role helps ensure caregivers follow each client’s plan of care. Off-hour on-call duties are assigned on a rotating basis.

What you'll do

• Oversee caregivers for quality assurance and adherence to care plans
• train caregivers on company systems and processes
• fill medication organizers and counsel clients and families on medication management
• assess prospective clients and propose care plans
• act as a patient advocate for selected cases
• complete assigned caregiver supervisory visits and introductions/assessments as an RN
• communicate with health-related personnel to coordinate client care.
