Lead Access Control Technician

What you'll do

• Lead installation, programming, commissioning, and service of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and intercom systems
• serve as a technical resource
• supervise and mentor field technicians
• troubleshoot system issues
• coordinate with project managers, contractors, IT teams, and other trades
• maintain project documentation
• conduct site surveys and security assessments
• prepare estimates
• support proposals and sales
• conduct demonstrations and end-user training
• respond to client requests.
