What you'll do

• Contribute to the enterprise integration strategy by defining API-led connectivity patterns.
• Advocate for standard integration approaches.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of MuleSoft integrations and APIs.
• Lead and mentor MuleSoft engineers.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and application teams.
• Oversee the design of integrated solutions.
• Monitor Mulesoft's evolving capabilities.
• Establish and enforce Mulesoft standards, guidelines, best practices, and approved patterns.
• Ensure solutions are optimized for performance and user experience.
• Identify potential technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners.
