Intake Clinician

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and intake workers on daily admission operations
• conduct onsite, in-person, and virtual intake sessions
• collect client information and documentation and determine client needs
• work with a multidisciplinary team to assess level of care, plan admission schedules, and communicate case formulation and clinical recommendations
• complete intake assessments and documentation by assigned deadlines.
