What you'll do

• Manage plumbing and mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion
• oversee budgets, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
• coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• support estimating and preconstruction as needed
• attend project meetings and provide field coordination
• maintain profitability and customer satisfaction
• mentor junior project management staff as needed
• support client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
