What you'll do

• Set business unit vision and market strategy
• lead business development and pursuit decisions
• oversee project portfolio performance, budgets, forecasts, pricing, and risk
• lead operational transformation and adoption of enterprise operating disciplines
• build and develop the leadership team and workforce
• oversee revenue, margin, invoicing, collections, and financial reviews
• promote safety, quality standards, peer review, and continuous improvement.
