What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day field operations
• coordinate and schedule trades, subcontractors, professionals, and laborers
• lead preconstruction and coordination meetings
• direct superintendents, assistant superintendents, and foremen
• develop site logistics, crane, and phased utilization plans
• contribute to CPM schedules and look-aheads
• evaluate progress and develop recovery strategies
• oversee safety, quality, risk, compliance, inspections, and corrective actions
• manage punch lists and closeout
• mentor field staff.
