What you'll do

• Manage relationships with an assigned portfolio of high-end residential clients
• visit sites to assess crew safety and service quality
• coordinate work schedules with field supervisors and foremen
• identify property enhancements and prepare proposals for additional services
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• report client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and performance metrics to senior management.
