What you'll do

• Assist with daily operations and sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction goals
• recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop staff
• lead shifts and maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service standards
• support catering, delivery, mobile ordering, kiosk, and digital initiatives
• assist with P&L, labor, food cost, waste, inventory, and expense management
• analyze performance and address guest concerns.
