Account Director, Commerce

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day client relationships for digital shelf content and creative engagements
• advise clients on retailer content challenges and opportunities
• develop scopes of work, deliverables, timelines, resourcing plans, and pricing
• manage scope changes, budgets, forecasts, and account profitability
• coordinate strategy, creative, production, operations, and photography teams
• guide work from brief through delivery
• monitor account health, quality, and client satisfaction.
