What you'll do

• Engage residents in chosen activities that reinforce ISP goals
• provide transportation and supervision as dictated by individual programs
• record daily activities, problems, and needs
• support personal hygiene and grooming
• assist with lifting, positioning, prescribed exercises, and physical care
• inspect the home for safety
• conduct evacuation drills as directed
• follow emergency plans
• prepare meals
• clean and sanitize
• report equipment problems
• uphold confidentiality and residents’ rights.
