Sanitation Technician - Food Manufacturing

What you'll do

• Follow plant safety guidelines and wear required PPE
• lock out machinery being cleaned
• submit required forms to the Sanitation Supervisor
• clean and sanitize equipment and production rooms using water, chemicals, and sanitizer
• disassemble and reassemble equipment
• sweep and squeegee floors
• identify and report food safety and quality issues
• follow OSHA, GMP, and food safety guidelines.
