Solar Service Technician

Job overview

The Solar Service Technician works onsite in Charlotte, NC, servicing residential and light commercial systems. Compensation is $28–$32 per hour. What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain solar photovoltaic systems
• service inverters, optimizers, monitoring equipment, and other components
• assist with battery storage and EV charging systems
• complete service calls safely and professionally
• document work and field updates
• maintain vehicles, tools, equipment, and job sites
• follow OSHA, NEC, company, and local safety requirements
• participate in technical training and certifications.
