Project Manager Coordinator

Job overview

The Project Manager Coordinator role is onsite in Gilbert, AZ, and pays $19–$25 per hour. The coordinator supports SERVPRO Team Gatz’s Mitigation and Reconstruction Departments, which work on recovery from water, mold, fire, biohazard, and storm damage. The role maintains accurate project files and current project information from initial contact through final invoicing. By checking documentation against SERVPRO and insurance program standards and keeping DASH updated, the coordinator helps project managers, leadership, and adjusters work from reliable records.

What you'll do

• Maintain job files for Mitigation and Reconstruction projects
• ensure documentation, photos, drying logs, and estimates meet SERVPRO and insurance program standards before submission
• keep DASH current for active projects
• support accurate information for project managers, leadership, and adjusters
• build long-term relationships with vendors and customers. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with an on-call shift required one of every three to four weeks.
