What you'll do

• Support facility compliance with organizational policies and applicable state and federal regulations
• assist with survey readiness, surveys, and Plans of Correction
• review clinical systems and recommend protocols and improvements
• conduct clinical audits and monitor wound care
• review incident reports and medication administration records
• provide clinical training
• oversee MDS assessment completion, accuracy, and submission
• support reimbursement accuracy, quality-measure tracking, care planning, and MDS staff training
• travel to assigned facilities as required.
