Sheeter Operator (Second Shift)

What you'll do

• Inspect and set up the sheeter
• monitor line speed, roller settings, dough thickness, and consistency
• prepare and distribute dough
• inspect and trim dough sheets
• handle rework and contaminated product according to procedures
• make routine adjustments
• stop and report significant problems
• assist with changeovers and startup
• complete production and quality records
• clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• follow GMP, food safety, allergen-control, and safety procedures.
