What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site security procedures and policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• verify authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries
• document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity and communicate relevant information to leadership and site contacts.
