Job overview

The Customer Service Eligibility Navigator is an onsite, full-time role in Albany, NY, working Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours per week. Pay starts at $21.27 per hour. Albany Community Action Partnership partners with families and communities to expand opportunities and build stronger networks for economic mobility. This role helps individuals and families access ACAP programs and community resources. By conducting intakes and eligibility assessments, coordinating enrollment, and maintaining accurate records, the navigator supports customers in connecting with services that meet their needs.

What you'll do

• Engage with customers by phone, email, and in person
• complete customer intakes and assessments and gather eligibility documentation
• coordinate enrollment in ACAP programs and referrals to community resources
• collect and maintain accurate customer records.
