The Play-Based Therapist role is onsite in Santa Ana, CA. Compensation is $21.18–$28.42 per hour. Cortica provides care for children with neurodevelopmental differences through a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach. The behavior technician delivers individual and group behavior-analytic services, implements positive strategies developed with a BCBA, and documents session data. The role supports children’s treatment goals and collaboration with families and supervisors across home, school, and community settings.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
