What you'll do

• Instruct students in assigned content areas using direct instruction, demonstrations, and supplemental materials
• collaborate on curriculum planning and alignment
• set short- and long-term instructional goals
• prepare weekly and long-range lesson plans, assign lessons, and review homework
• use data to evaluate progress, record results, and report to parents
• create and implement intervention plans when needed
• maintain student management policies and classroom supervision
• work with teachers and administrators to address student needs
• provide accommodations and modifications
• attend meetings and training
• participate in student activities and supervision
• comply with mandated reporting requirements.
