The Rikert Guest Experience and Product Lead is an onsite, full-time seasonal role in Middlebury, VT, working 40 hours per week during peak season from September through March. The minimum starting rate is $25.20 per hour. The role supports guest services and product operations at the Rikert Outdoor Center. This position coordinates ski-related products and in-season operations to support consistent service across tickets, retail, rentals, events, and Snow School. It manages reservations, staff scheduling and training, point-of-sale and RFID systems, cash-up processes, and guest feedback.

What you'll do

• Coordinate guest services, retail operations, and system maintenance
• manage ticketing, retail staff, and Snow School scheduling and training
• organize RFID and POS system training and maintenance
• manage advance reservations and walk-up guest experiences
• conduct daily cash-up
• respond to guest feedback and inquiries
• collaborate across Rikert services.
