What you'll do

• Oversee site security staffing, scheduling, and training
• verify required training and screening
• inspect personnel and job performance for service quality and contract compliance
• assist with payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders
• respond to client requests and make emergency notifications as required
• direct subordinates and recommend personnel actions and operational improvements.
