What you'll do

• Lead contract growth and diversification by identifying and pursuing government and commercial opportunities outside the TLS portfolio
• assess market opportunities and strategic fit
• develop capture strategies
• coordinate go/no-go recommendations and proposal teams
• manage proposal preparation and submission
• oversee designated contract vehicles
• develop execution, training, bidding, compliance, and performance processes
• work with legal on contract compliance. Additional responsibilities may include supply-chain risk management, process improvement, customer and vendor engagement, sales operations support, training programs, and trade show management.
